PCA currently consists of 6 staff and is led by Architect Phillip Pryse with Richard Exley, who each have 8 years in Local Government and 22 years in private practice working on numerous and quality projects. Works undertaken include residential development programme of new build & refurbishment schemes for Local Authority in Oxfordshire. In private practice major residential development in central London, Hotel & Conference centre for Cranfield University RMCS Shrivenham, the former Cardinal Newman Middle School Oxford and a variety of other school and church works for the Archdiocese of Birmingham and a host of other building types and construction works.

In addition there are also 2 senior associate Architects located within the office who are mainly involved in Social Housing projects with Housing Associations and specialisation works to historic buildings.
